2023/2024 Winter Rates

Local Boat Owner Winter Rate for 2023/2024 is £396 (incl VAT) in advance plus a fee of £5.00 per day for connecting to and normal use of the electricity sockets. Excessive use to be agreed with HM and paid for with an additional charge at cost.

2023 Summer Rates 

The overnight charge at the pontoon is £3.60 including VAT per meter per night.

NEW: Please note that due to very high electricity prices we are paying, regretfully we need to start charging an additional fee for the use of electric on pontoons. This has been set at £3.50 per boat per night. We keep monitoring the electricity prices and hope to get rid of electricity surcharge when the prices go down. 

For longer periods over the summer season, please contact the Harbour Master to discuss your individual needs. 

Short stay (up to 3 hours) – £7.00 This includes the use of power, water and Wi-Fi

Local non-commercial boats, maximum boat length 7m. Maximum 7 berths available on a first come first served basis. The summer season runs for 6 months from 1st April – 30th September.

up to 5m – £400.00 

5-7m – £475.00

Local (Morvern) commercial boats £2.50 per meter per night including VAT and £5.00 electricity surcharge per night.

Tenders are free, but please ensure they are not left on fingers. Designated area for tenders is at the end of the ramp down to the pontoon. Tenders left on fingers and taking up a berth will be charged normal overnight rates.

Moorings charges

Summer (1 April- 30 September)

1 night- £19.00

For overwintering your boat on a mooring, please get in touch with Harbour Master.

Shower rates

£1.00 for 4 minutes

Hairdryers  20p -5minute cycle

Laundry rates

£6.00 per wash load

£1.00 per 10 minutes 

24 hour self-service Lochaline Filling Station is located next to Lochaline Stores in the village, a 10 minute walk from the harbour. Please get in touch with the Harbour Master if you need help transporting fuel cans.

Water and Electric

Water is included in the price. 

ELECTRICITY

This has been set at £3.50 per boat per night for visitor boats and £5.00 per night for commercial boats. We keep monitoring the electricity prices and hope to get rid of electricity surcharge when the prices go down. 

Ensure that the hammerheads are kept clear at all times for boats 16m+  and emergency vessels. A surcharge of £50.00 per night will be applied for unauthorised use of hammerheads. 

We also request that if weather conditions become  severe  all  boats  are taken  off  the  pontoons for  the  safety of crews, boats, and pontoons.
